6 years sailing with people who don't know where their north is. Integrative therapy, no maps with an X, but careful attention to the wind. Your psychologist, family constellator, and EMDR practitioner.
One method can't hold everything people bring. I combine approaches for your request, instead of fitting you into a technique.
Work in the present
Integrative therapy
We notice what's with you right now: how you breathe, what your body feels, the words you choose, what slips out of focus. This method is good when you know something hurts but can't quite name it. We learn to hear ourselves before anxiety does.
Work with trauma
EMDR
Working with traumatic experience through bilateral stimulation: sequential eye movements, sounds, or taps. Needed when the past surfaces in the present as flashes, fears, repeating reactions. We don't retell the trauma, we change its place in your memory.
Work with the family system
Systemic constellations
Work with what's passed down through family: roles, scripts, prohibitions. We often repeat patterns that aren't even ours - other people's resentments, decisions, boundaries. In a constellation you see this system from a distance and can gently return what's yours to yourself, what isn't to where it belongs.
Here it is. With stamps, an addendum, and a real name. Professional retraining, if that matters to you.
On the note to the right of the diploma - a blessing from two old friends of mine. Don't ask how they got there.

How to begin
First message - to my DMs.
Before me, everything on this site is yours to use, even without me: self-discovery tools, my recordings, audio practices, even the emotion wheel and plenty more. Honestly, have a wander around, it turned out beautifully. None of it replaces therapy, but it is my voice. If it rings for you, write to me.
I don't want to collect testimonials from real people here the way other psychologists do. They're all the same, empty, written to a template. Over 6 years of practice I've sat with more than 2000 people, and my experience lives in them, not in polished quotes. But since my profession likes to quote somebody, I took the liberty of imagining what 6 people who know their way around psychology would say about me.
“
Oksana hears archetypes and does not bow to them. A rare combination. I am at peace about her.
“
She asks «what are you feeling right now» in a way that makes you want to answer honestly. Half the work is already done.
“
Attachment is not about my books. It is about presence. Oksana is presence.
“
A psychologist matures when she meets her own limits. It seems Oksana has.
“
Oksana hears what a person says between the lines. Usually that is exactly where the real thing is buried.
“
Meaning cannot be given, only found. Oksana knows how to stay near and not hand you answers. That is rare.
These testimonials are fictional. Written with great tenderness and respect toward the legacy of the classics, with no wish to claim their authority. I explained above why I put them here as a small joke.
